Did a factory reset and now I have no diagnostic apps

      I was unable to update so I did a factory reset and now I have no MaxiSys, VCI, or Root explorer apps installed. How do I get my apps back?

    if you havent got it backed up on pc you have to re-download the software update package (at cost if your out of your years subscription) but ive just noticed they added a prompt to tell you not to do this on their most current update which is obviously admitting they know about the issue. they wont reinstate mine so have to pay £700+ now.

     Thats messed up, mine didnt finish updates before subscription was up so now they are useless, no rollback or at least have access, i get vehicle not supported, anybody root their device?
